Rookie question: what is a AMRAP?
As Many Reps As Possible – AMRAP
As Many Rounds As Possible, in other words you will repeat the sequences above as many times (rounds) as possible for five minutes then rest for two minutes then continue down the list
You will then vomit, if all goes well.
