    Why are we paying to do a workout that I can EASILY do at home? Can’t we get creative, or have different WODs set up to choose from?

    Mr or Miss. ZZZ,

    Please come see Marcus or any other red shirt and demonstrate double unders and pistol squats. As a matter of course double unders are one the biggest weaknesses for many CrossFit athletes both new and experienced. Pistol squats are so demanding that only the most experienced and well practiced can complete them. This WOD is not only fun but challenging. I, too, am sorry you feel that this WOD is not worth your time. Please take Marcus up on his offer for a conversation.
