Physical fitness has had an enormously positive impact on my life. After spending several years in sales and marketing, I finally decided to make it my life’s work using my passion for fitness to help other people develop as athletes and make positive life changes. My clients’ successes are everything to me. The lessons learned from physical training translate into all of life’s endeavors – perseverance, desire, sacrifice, self-control and commitment. These things are best learned in the gym but can also be applied to real life. To me, that’s the beauty of training and coaching. Once I have taught my clients to take control of their physical health, they also feel empowered to achieve success in their personal lives, whether it be in business, sport, love or personal relationships. That’s REALLY what coaching is all about!
As a former collegiate athlete (football) and current US Army Green Beret, I understand the importance of a quality comprehensive strength and conditioning program. Having been deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and the Philippines with Special Forces, the changing conditions, requirements, and elements of those environments demand an equally challenging fitness regimen. CrossFit is truly a phenomenal training program that will enhance everyone’s quality of life because of the solid base it provides for dealing with the contingencies of life! I love coaching and sharing my knowledge as well as meeting others and learning from their experiences as well. I truly believe CrossFit will enhance any person’s life in any capacity because of the wide breadth of skills and practical applications it provides. You don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from what CrossFit has to offer.
