I work behind the scenes and help with the administrative side of Trident. If you’re just joining or have been here for years, my goal is to make it easy for our members to come in and simply enjoy their workouts. If you need help with anything or have any questions just ask me! I started CrossFit in 2009 after many years of trying every workout program out there. I instantly loved CrossFit and Chriss and Andrea’s style of coaching. I lived with chronic back pain from an injury and since joining Trident and becoming stronger than I have ever been in my life back pain is no longer an issue. CrossFit has not only changed me physically but it also has provided me a support system in the community at Trident. I am proud to be apart of that community and all that our athletes accomplish!
