Trident CrossFit is a team of passionate, committed and dynamic trainers. Each of our trainers loves nothing more than changing people’s lives through fitness. Although we pride ourselves on our knowledge, experience and continual efforts to improve through independent study, certifications, and courses, we are most proud of our ability to connect with and motivate our clients. Trident CrossFit is an organic result of our passion for training and community. To paraphrase Greg Glassman, your athletes will let you know when it’s time to get a larger space. I have been active and an athlete all my life. I grew up playing soccer, volleyball and softball; and have always worked out in some fashion whether it was running, weight lifting and lots of time in local gyms. CrossFit has proven to be the most fun, hardest, exciting and challenging adventure; I feel I am in better shape now than in any time in my life.
When I was asked to be a blue shirt, I was truly honored. CrossFit has changed my perspective on health and wellness and even goal setting. I feel like as a blue shirt, I have the opportunity to share my love of CrossFit and give back to the community I have come to love and appreciate.
CrossFit is many things to many people and that I believe is the beauty of it. It fits so many people and any one can find a way to meet their own expectations. I am excited to see how my journey at Trident and with CrossFit will continue.

A cubicle jockey by day, my strength as a coach is I can relate to the everyman and woman that struggles to stay fit while striking the balance between work and play. Sitting in chairs is killing us, and together we will work to get ‘unglued’ and make ourselves better every time we walk through Trident’s doors.

I like to relax through long, slow cardio on my own time, so my favorite workouts are those that are short, intense and heavy! Being at Trident makes working your weaknesses FUN.
My best advice to those new to CrossFit is to SETTLE IN. Even as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer with years of CrossFit under my belt, I am still learning a lot of these movements. As much as I’d love a string a kipping pull-ups and the perfect power clean to show up over night, it requires patience and commitment.
When I’m not at Trident, you’ll find me commuting back and forth to DC with the thousands of other lawyers around, sneaking kale into my husband’s dinners, and hanging out in Del Ray!
