Thursday, Dec 18th: Trident Holiday Party! No 7:15pm class!

Saturday, Dec 20th: EOD Memorial WOD- Classes at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00am

Christmas Eve, December 24th: Classes at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 / Christmas Day, December 25th: – CLOSED

Friday, December 26th: First class at 9:30am then follow regular schedule

Schedule Update – Saturday, Dec 13

On Saturday, Dec 13, we will be running a modified class schedule with two classes at 6:30am and 7:15am due to the Level 2 Seminar.
There will be no Oly or Advanced Class; however, there will be one combined CrossFit Kids class at 7:30am!

Thanksgiving Schedule – Thursday and Friday

On Friday, Nov. 28, we will have classes at 8, 9, 10, and 11 a.m. with two additional classes at 4 and 5 p.m. We will resume on regular schedule on Saturday, Nov. 29 with classes at 8, 9 and 10am (however, no CF Kids or Oly class).

Schedule Update for Labor Day Weekend!

This Saturday, Aug. 30th, Trident will be OPEN and running our normal Saturday classes outside at 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.

On Labor Day, Monday, September 1st, Trident will be following a holiday schedule with classes at 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Memorial Day Schedule – May 26, 2014

Trident will open at 6:30 a.m., with the first Murph heat kicking off at 7:00 a.m., and thereafter every 30 minutes until 10:00 a.m. Be sure to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the heat you’d like to join to get yourself warmed up! (Closed for our regular classes.)
