Every 30 Seconds on the 30 Seconds for 10 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts (185/135)
*Athletes will alternate back and forth from Deadlifts to Burpees. They will have 30 seconds to perform 5 deadlifts. The remaining time is their rest.
