*Athletes will complete 20 stepping lunges, 20 Russian side twists followed by 2 C2B & 2 HSPU. Then 20 stepping lunges, 20 Russian side twist followed by 4 C2B & 4 HSPU.. etc..*

On Saturday, January 26th, a group of athletes and coaches from Trident CrossFit will be volunteering at the Capital Area Food Bank in DC from 12:30pm – 4:00pm.
