Lindsay a.k.a. “Moose”
Lindsay has loved movement her entire life. Her younger days were spent on the soccer field (go bumblebees!) and as the only girl in little league, while high school brought on field hockey, swimming and softball. In college she found rowing, fell in love with the sport and rowed state-side as well as abroad in Australia for a year. Lindsay started CrossFit as a way to prepare for an upcoming rowing season, but soon after her first workout, Murph, she was hooked. In 2011, she began coaching at Trident. She is most passionate about helping athletes realize what they can accomplish, both in and out of the gym.
In 2013, Lindsay said sayonora to the government consulting world to be able to coach and help run Trident full-time. She hasn’t looked back once since!
What’s your favorite workout?
I’m a sucker for Karen (150 wall balls for time). I also like fellow head-coach Karen, so it’s a win-win.

Advice for someone starting or wanting to start CrossFit
Give it a try! It is scalable to all levels and abilities- you’ll be surprised at what you can do.
