Lindsay a.k.a. “Moose” 

Lindsay has been a competitive athlete her entire life. At first, she started CrossFit as a way to get into shape for an upcoming rowing season. After only couple of months, Lindsay experienced first-hand the physical and mental gains that come from CrossFit. It quickly became a new passion and her sport of choice. To this day, she is amazed at the positive influence that CrossFit has on other parts of her life, from improving her nutrition to changing the perspective she has on a number of life philosophies. Now, as a coach, Lindsay works with each athlete to have a similar experience. What she loves most about Trident is constantly learning from her fellow trainers and athletes and being part of a supportive team and community. She also enjoys quality CrossFit jokes, such as:

What’s your favorite workout?

I’m a sucker for Karen (150 wall balls for time). I also like fellow head-coach Karen, so it’s a win-win.

Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! CrossFitters come in all shapes and sizes.

What brought you to coaching?

“It ain’t no fun if the homies can’t have none.”

In the famous words of Snoop Dogg, I am drawn to coaching because I love sharing CrossFit with others.
