Physical fitness and sports have been a huge part of my life since I was a little kid.  A few years ago I was introduced to this new thing called “CrossFit” and fell in love!  Being a former collegiate level football player and having the opportunity to compete at the professional level I was searching for a new physical and mental challenge and CrossFit was it.  CrossFit has changed my life and has given me the opportunity to help change other people’s lives as a coach at Trident CrossFit.  The most rewarding part of coaching at Trident is watching the success of the other athletes. The face and reaction of that athlete that gets their first pull-up, first double under or first muscle-up is the coolest reward of coaching.  To see people mentally and physically do things that when they first walked through that door never thought they would is just awesome!
