10 Ring Push Ups

15 Gobblet Squats

(Scale to 3, 6, 9 for less seasoned athletes) OR 5 Jumping Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Air Squats

Goal of this workout is to make it only moderately demanding metabolically with more of a strength/muscular endurance focus.
