1) Take a look at our schedule and find the class you’d like to attend.
2) Send us an email at email@example.com and let us know

Any interesting facts about yourself? (Optional)
3) Come in 5-10 minutes early so you can sign the waiver and get ready for a great workout!
At the gym, please make sure to check in with a coach in a RED or BLUE Trident shirt to let them know you’re dropping in. Enjoy!
