If you'd like to drop in, here's what to do:

1) Take a look at our schedule and find the class you’d like to attend.

2) Send us an email at staff@tridentcrossfitva.com and let us know 

  • Who are you?

  • Where you’re dropping in from?

  • How long have you been doing CrossFit?

  • Any interesting facts about yourself? (Optional)

3) Come in 5-10 minutes early so you can sign the waiver and get ready for a great workout!

At the gym, please make sure to check in with a coach in a RED or BLUE Trident shirt to let them know you’re dropping in.  Enjoy!
